I am the facilitator that helps you contact your sub-conscious or higher self to answer any and all questions you may have.  Healing through hypnosis has been an incredible journey, for me as a facilitator and for my clients who's journeys to healing themselves have been incredible and I feel honoured to be a part of. I am a level 2 hypnotherapist studying the Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy method by Dolores Cannon.  I took my level one in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and my level 2 in Toronto, Canada.

 

Sessions -  Sessions generally take between 4 and 5 hours.  If we start at 10am we are usually finished by 3pm.  I work 7 days a week.

 

Preparation - I ask that you write out at least 20 questions for your sub-conscious, the more questions you have the better the session you have.  I like them grouped into three sections.  Health/healing - for yourself or others  Personal questions- there are no silly questions, your s.c. will answer all your questions unless it is not in your best interest at this time. And general questions.  It keeps the session from moving all over.
